Had to chase it as not heard anything. Was told we haven't hot your hedge cutter and you must of given it to someone else mate. We are extremely busy. Left my details in diary. Still Was told no MATE. had to then be firm and was told calm down MATE. Then said call you back. when they did I then got an apology and we have found it buried!!. I told them I want to just come and get it. As I did the next day. Was told 14may if you want it repaired no apology to my face and had 2 new gaskets ready to go on but had to pay if I wanted them. Terrible service STAY CLEAR.

After 30 years of running a business in construction I have to say that I can’t fault k&s. They do what they say when they say and their prices generally beat the competition.
