Very impressed with the service. The lady on the phone worked out exactly what I needed. The chap that dropped off and collected the digger was very personable, extremely helpful and reassuring. Very pleased

Left pole cutter to be repaired. Was told 2-3 weeks as part coming from Ireland!!!!
Had to chase it as not heard anything. Was told we haven't hot your hedge cutter and you must of given it to someone else mate. We are extremely busy. Left my details in diary. Still Was told no MATE. had to then be firm and was told calm down MATE. Then said call you back. when they did I then got an apology and we have found it buried!!. I told them I want to just come and get it. As I did the next day. Was told 14may if you want it repaired no apology to my face and had 2 new gaskets ready to go on but had to pay if I wanted them. Terrible service STAY CLEAR.

I was recommended to try King and Stevens to fit two new front tyres that I bought for my tractor lawnmower and what a friendly bunch they are! Friendly, helpful and just a absolute reminder of what our country does best - SERVICE!
