This Crusher Bucket will only fit onto our 5 Ton Excavators. It will crush concrete, bricks, etc 4"-6" thick. On average will crush approximately 8 ton per hour.
The internal bucket width is 26" so any large pieces will need to be broken down first (please see details on our excavator breaker attachments).
This bucket and excavator will enable you to do the job with just one machine, whereas if you were to hire a concrete crushing machine you will need to hire an excavator (or be prepared to do some hard work) to load the hopper! The beauty of this machine and bucket is that you can crush it exactly where you want it placed, saving you time and money.
In 2009 there was a 25% increase in the Aggregates Levy on quarried materials will further bring into focus the
on-site recycling. A south of England borough council recently stipulated in a tender document for repairs to footpaths, that contracts would only be awarded to companies with hand-fed mini crushers or crusher buckets to recycle rubble on site.
